Independent Status
Cleaners operate as independent contractors and are not employees of MR MAIDS LTD. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Obligations of the Cleaner

• Provide services with reasonable skill and care.

• Comply with hygiene, punctuality, and safety expectations.

• Maintain a professional standard at all times.

• Hold valid public liability insurance.

Platform Commission

• A fixed platform commission is payable to MR MAIDS LTD every Saturday, as agreed in the onboarding terms.

• Cleaners are solely responsible for invoicing and taxation (including income tax, VAT if applicable, and NI).

Legal Compliance

• Contractors must comply with all applicable UK laws relating to self-employment.

• MR MAIDS LTD may require confirmation of self-employed status and insurance upon request.

No Liability of MR MAIDS LTD

• The company is not liable for damage, accidents, or disputes arising during service delivery.

• Cleaners agree to indemnify MR MAIDS LTD against any claims or liabilities resulting from their services.
